If any of the covered products are defective within the timeframe stated for the specific product category, we will replace the item at no cost. Please note that the purchaser may be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any warranty claims.Onyx Performance Lights (manufacturer) warrants that all our products are free from defects and warranted against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if any of our products are not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.
Any defects due to water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact will not be covered under warranty. We do not warrant any bulbs when used in applications other than normal vehicle installations.
No other warranty, expressed or implied, applies to any of our products, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages as a result of the product installation, or inconvenience or interruption in the vehicle operability.
All warranty claims must be submitted through our online warranty claim form before items will be accepted for replacement. Your submission must be in the same name of your original purchase. Failure to do so will cause denial of your warranty claim.
